Ampeg SVT still american made ?

Hmm, I can't find the info on this.

Are Ampeg SVT and Classic series still produced in the USA ? I've noticed the moved the production of some items to asia, but i don't have the details :/

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that all Ampegs are now made in China. I'm not 100% sure, though.

I bought my SVT4pro and 810E about 2 years ago - both still say Made in the USA

A bassist friend of mine went on a quest last year to find a USA-made SVT Classic. He eventually succeeded... apparently production had already been moved to China at that time.

Thats right. no longer made in the U.S.
