AMT S2 Greenback PR20

The AMT is going directly through the 6505 power amp section.
I bought the S2 a few months ago but wasn't too happy with it at first but I'm starting to like it. I don't know how Soldano'ish it sounds but it's certainly different from what I already have.

Haha! Thanks! I have collected plenty of music gear in the past few years. Tons of mics, pedals and guitar cabs and I am starting a collection of preamps. I am glad there are still a few people interested in physical gear and not just ampsim plugins although ampsims are great too.

The Greenback you are hearing is a "classic" one. They came from a 2x12 Hugues & Kettner and I mounted them my Peavey XXX cab. They are about 5 years old. I have four other Greenbacks in a Marshall BX cabinet but these two sound smoother for some reason. I have heard the Heritage ones and I think there aren't better, just different.
