I'm a power metal freak, i wanna listen to CoB, wat do they sound like? genre??

Umm I'm not that into Gamma Ray... I listenend to "New World Order" and "Blast from the Past"
CoB isn't much like Gamma Ray I'd say... "Eagle" or "Damn the Machine" are a bit like what CoB sounds like, but Gamma Ray is Power Metal, and CoB is Melodic Death Metal, most of the time they sound totally different

No clean vocs. Only "growling" and style is, like Aleksi Laiho said himself, Melodic Heavy Metal. But it also can be Molodic Death metal.

But try "Children of Decadence", "Everytime I die" and "Hatebreeder" as well.
If they don't please you, then CoB is just not your stuff.
But don't say things like "They suck big times, man!", we won't tolerate that

IMO, COB is rather brutal power metal than melodic death metal.. If Alexi had high-pitched style it would be clearer what style the represent. Growling alone does not make band death metal. Well, they have some influence from dm, I admit.

I'm a CoB and a Gamma Ray Freak, hehe. But CoB have no clean vocs and it's better that they do like that cause it wouldn't fit on their songs if they had clean vox I think!
