i tried to find some on google but they only showed wallpapers and desktop themes
you chould make one yourself if you knew how to, there is a way

How does one go about installing those skins, all I found where a bunch of images?

Do not unzip this files...
Move this zip files to your winamo/skins folder !
After, open your winamp, and type ctrl+p
And go to the "skin" options...
And select the skin !
