Analog vs Digital

They both have their upsides and their downsides, but which one do you prefer?

Tried this once, I don't think anyone replied.

Digital is more convenient, but nothing beats the analogue sound. However if the music world was fully digitized I'd be pissed as opposed to being okay with a full analogue environment.

I went with analog but I think it depends on the music. When I write Black metal I tend to use my analog tape recorder, but for just metal riffs and such I like the sound of the digital recording system in my computer.
