These guys any good? "Progressive viking black/death metal" sounds mighty tasty.

Anyone with some well thought-out opinions?

My opinions are not well thought-out, but:
They are not progressive. They just have some really traditional heavy metal elements in "Fatherland" and "Dim Carcosa", they even remind Running Wild sometimes (well not very much). These 2 i heard, their old material is supposed to be just black metal, simply.

No well though-out opinions here either...I've listened to Dim Carcosa once or twice, it's ok. The last song is wierd :loco:

haha, the one person I figured wouldn't like them. yeah, i'll take those yousendits if you got 'em

I've been listening to Diabolical Serenades lately and it rules. Even with its core in BM, there's a good dose of THRASH METAL TERROR, DEATH METAL MAYHEM, and HEAVY METAL.

And respect the fact that it came out in 1994 makes it all the more genuine.
