I don't think anyone is offended. It just seems pointless. You really think this is the forum to be complaining about screamed vocals? And about a band who's been around and maintained roughly the same vocal style for over 20 years at that?
Besides, Meshuggah's vocals remind me much more of old school metal/thrash than any sort of modern death metal/metalcore/etc. I know many younger people who don't like Meshuggah because they find the vocals too old school sounding compared to what's the norm nowadays.
