Could be, they are probably lining up one off low dough shows to start promoting the new record. They played a low dough radio fest in Boston in december 1999 to push "killer a's" and they played it sans a lead guitarist! They were supposed to do another low dough show in Denver that month, but I think Scott didn't want to be the ony guitar player twice in a row! Charlie and Frankie have both told me they are a fan of these type shows, as it is a chance to bring in new fans.
p.s. the first two shows of the Vol. 8 tour were low dough radio events, one was a 99cents show with Monster Magnet at Iriving Plaza, the other Mancows Laser Luau in Des Moines, and then they played RockStock. yeah, anthrax like these shows.
