I know, right?!! I voted none of these, just the POT tunes and more obscure STD tracks. But people want to just hear the "hits". Frustrating!!!

Yeah did as many songs from POT and SOE as I could. Crazy how people complain about the set and then vote for a lot the same old songs.

Problem is - it's only the die hards like us that want the deeper cuts. The average metal fans are the ones that want the most popular stuff all the time. If Metallica did a similar poll, then I'd bet that Enter Sandman would come out on top, along with the likes of Nothing Else Matters, Master of Puppets, and One. Die hard fans would be voting for the likes of Dyers Eve and Trapped Under Ice, and having similar frustrations I'm guessing!

I think its mainly because the songs go over so well live, they don't know any different.
