Unfortunatelly I can´t answer there on your questions I´ll have to get a better one
Yes, I took all the pics by myself. I use a Canon Eos (of course ) 500 with the normal lens (35-80mm). For the pics at the Summer Breeze a friend of mine gave me his lens which was a Sigma 70-210mm (and I also had a photo pass.. that´s why the pics are so "near") Since it was a really good one I´m gonna buy a 28-300mm or 70-300mm asap I usually take pics only when I get a photo pass because in Switzerland without a photopass you´re only allowed to take a small camera. And that mostly means bad pics. That was one of the problems about the Anathema pics

THis was the first time I took black&white pics (thanks Mick for the film ! ). They look better that I thought but still I´m more fan of colour pics withouth flash
