first time recording guitar di and wanting to make sure everything will be okay when i send the tracks to get reamped.

It looks/sounds like you might be clipping there between 1:40 and 2:05. Did you do any post processing to this?

Your DI's sound fine for reamping.
There is significant clipping in sections but its OK it will still reamp fine.
If you want some test reamps done I am happy to have a go but it would
be very helpful if you also posted the drums.
