Any serious Queensrÿche collectors?

I just found an old Orlando-area magazine with Queensrÿche on the cover and an interview w/ Chris. I put it up on Ebay:

I could not find any mention of it anywhere online, so either everyone thinks it's crap, or this is super rare. I'm going with super rare.
