any tips for down picking?

hey guys. do you have any tips about downpicking? for example whenever i play tornado of souls, my arm's are aching so badly. how can i use my wrist? thanks for your helps

I would say, practice a lot, but stop immediatly when it starts to hurt. The more you play, the more relaxed and fluid you're movements get.

Do push ups they help the muscles.
