apologies for the embarrassingly rude request but thought it worth a shot...
This weekend I've booked in a metal band this weekend, just for the one song, as almost a demo for an album theyre looking to do in the very near future. Basically, if this goes well, i will probably be booked for the album which will be getting a fair amount of backing by a very respectable label.
Whilst I enjoy producing metal, I find most of my work to be varied between pop rock, acoustic, metal and anything in between, so I haven't the funds or the call to justify buying one particular metal-based amp such as a 5150 or Triple Rec, so I rely on either the artists rig or the Pod Xt Pro (metal pack included) for most of my amping.
If this track goes well, the tone is what the band are after and I land the album, I'll probably buy the amp and cab rig used for this track for the album, in the hope that I then continue to get work in this genre and be able to use the same setup on several future projects.
Anyways, enough bulls**t..... if theres anyone out there who would be re-amping for free in the same sort of tone that is evident on the Constellations album by August Burns Red, then please get in touch as I'd really appreciate any help I can get on this track!
