Anyone giving up a room at the Artmore or RI?

This may be a little early, but if anyone has to give up a room at the Artmore (or the Residence Inn), I'd be happy to take it off your hands. Would prefer something with 2 beds, but I'm focusing on location atm. I have a backup plan but would prefer to be at the Artmore again.
