Anyone going to Kiss?

Yep I'm goin :) Don't have ticket yet, will get it Friday or Monday depending on when I have money!

I'll either get "Gold" ($146) or "Silver" ($97) depending on how much money I have. I don't really care where I am coz I've seen Kiss 3 times already and this no doubt will be the worst of the Kiss shows I've seen... but I'm still excited and just wanna be there :)

That much $$$. Holy!!! Glad I saw them when I did, during the Revenge tour, tickets was around $35. But that was also a while ago. They put on one hell live show tho.

well , i hope that i go too ..
but yeah .. i guess this will be the last kiss i go too ...
getting kinda tire of the whole "last world tour" thing ....
and the prices of the tikets don't help much too ...

but i'm too weak to not go see them still lol ...

hey trent , let me know what seats you get , might get the same and come along ... :D
cheers ..

  Me too! I don't like thw idea of this whole symphony show and I like the idea even less of them not retiring, but its Kiss and I couldn't miss out or I'd feel wrong about it haha!

Will do dude! :) Still trying to decide myself, it all depends on money, I have none! Hahaha!

not likely

i hear Gene Simmons is playing in early Van Halen demo on his Lecture tour.......

go VH

Looks like this Saturday night's tribute concert is the closest I'll be getting to Kiss.

Hahahaha Rob. Actually they've only done one farewell tour which was cut short half way through (they still had Europe and the final 4 shows in New York to go).... and they've been on break for a year and a half and now this is a one-off gig. A "fitting" farewell as Paul said, but it won't be their last show and I don't think it's too fitting either. Although I would LOVE for it to be their last show because a) I want them to quit and b) it means I woulda been at their last show hehe.

Sydo looks like I'll be seeing you Saturday :) How come you're not goin' in Feb?

I'm not going for obvious reasons .

I will, however, buy the inevitable DVD and laugh myself hoarse. KISS and an orchestra? Riiiigggghhht! Who do they think they are, Deep Purple?

When KISS first got together, they made the kind of music that was the complete antithesis of bands like Yes, Pink Floyd and Genesis, all of whom used classical instruments on their songs. Isn't it funny how the seasons change when there's money involved?

At least the sound of the orchestra will drown out Peter's drumming .
