Just got a recommendation from a friend and I'm inpressed too.
The songwriting has a somewhat "classical" approach though it sounds pretty generic in places...

I'm digging this shit, it's really nice Reminds me a whole lot of Cryptopsy with the exception of the latest album. This is a good continuation down the Cryptopsy path, now that they've gone mainstream shit.

I see Jens Bogren is doing their new one (2016). Part of the reason I haven't gotten into their past stuff is the production - they really need top notch production and they simply haven't had it. So I just bought this new one on Amazon. Should be killer.

I really enjoyed more their older stuff, Oracle was a great album and Mafia is incredible, but since then I think they sacrificed a lot of the guitar work to give more importance to the orchestral parts, which I don't enjoy as much
