Can't help you with the exact date but they were playing it in the clubs during the early spring of '87.

MOre like 1988. for the EP I got the song as the b-side to the I am the Law single in Jan 07 right before ATL came out in the states I think.

Allmusic.com shows a recording date of 7/11/87 - I want to say that could be correct, but something also tells me this came out in September.

That's the one dude! When my friend and I were DJ's he came back from the club one night telling me they played it one night and when I asked WTF he told me it was the b-side of "I Am The Law". Good catch!
