as working with my RME AIO PCIe card is getting more and more a pain in the ass
i am looking for a hi-quality external solution.
I do not need many I/O's but i need the following...
-at least 2 analog IN's
-2 analog OUT's
-monitor controller option
-headphone output
-USB connection/interface
The Pure2 seems to have it all but i am not sure if it runs well on Windows 10
regarding stability and latency. Can this hold up to RME?
Another important aspect is the "overall compability" to Windows and Windows related stuff like
browsing the web, watching videos on youtube and especially GAMING.
I am not really sure if the Pure2 will flawlesly support oll of this,
so if you own the unit and have some experience please share some info!
An alternative with the desired options would be the RME FIREFACE UFX but this one has so much
stuff i do not need and probable stuff i'll never use. Regarding the price and Antelopes highly praised
AD/DA converters the Pure2 seems to be the better unit in general.
