We did the drums in Finnvox studios in Helsinki and rest at my home studio. I also mixed and mastered the album.

Sounds pretty good, I like the music. The drums sound pretty good, did you use samples? it sounds pretty natural to me.

I only used samples on the bass drum for this. it's something like 50/50 with the miced bass drum sound. I wanted a more natural approach to the whole thing than a usual metal mix.

guitars are quad tracked. chain is ->

2 tracks with LTD viper 500 with emg 81 -> firepod -> x-amp -> boss ns-2 -> boss hm-2 -> peavey 6505 green channel -> orange 4x12 cab w/ V30's -> sm57 and audix D2. some lowmid attenuation and basic eq to add more clarity

2 tracks same chain but no hm-2 and using the red channel. boosted with a kfk-1 eq with the mids on full. .

also a big part of the sound is the tuning, Drop A. thick ass strings are a MUST. 70-14 if I remember correctly.

The bass sound actually is a huge part of the guitar sound.
