When I used to smoke, cig + apple juice = instant.

I know that cigarettes are supposedly "natural laxatives".
I'm not sure how "natural" they are though. Ha.

There's nothing quite like eating a helping handful of pitted prunes. But really, +1 to coffee. Especially first thing in the morning... its the perfect recipe for instant weight loss.

The worst is after a really bad nights sleep and i have an epic strength coffee or really cheap energy drinks...

The worst thing you can do is drinking perrier when you have diarrhea.
Fizzy drinks are the worst in that case.
