According to a posting on the Spanish metal web site Hall of Metal, Swedish/German extreme metallers ARCH ENEMY have set "Rise of the Tyrant" as the title of their follow-up to 2005's "Doomsday Machine", tentatively due on September 25 via Century Media Records.
