THE BONES, the Las Vegas-based band featuring guitarist Jeff Duncan (formerly of ODIN and currently in ARMORED SAINT) and drummer Scot Coogan (formerly of LYNCH MOB, ACE FREHLEY, BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION and LITA FORD), will rock Vinyl inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday, November 8 at 11 p.m. Concertgoers will be treated to a night of lyrically humorous rock and roll songs from THE BONES' newly released album, "What Would Ginger Do?" THE BONES have been quickly gaining notoriety in Las Vegas for their knack for taking the cheesiest songs of the '80s and turning them into high-energy pop-punk-rock songs. "It's kind of like what would happen if AC/DC decided to cover a CYNDI LAUPER tune. It's a lot of fun," says singer/guitarist Patrick Vitagliano. "Music is too serious these days. Rock and roll should be fun, and our live show is nothing but high-energy, feel-good music, guaranteed to make you smile." The Vinyl show will be a good mix of THE BONES' signature brand of amped-up "cheesy" '80s covers along with a good blend of the witty and bitingly sarcastic material from "What Would Ginger Do?" THE BONES consists of Vitagliano (formerly of NUCLEAR THEORY); Coogan; Mike Wilson (formerly of JADED) on bass and vocals; and Duncan. Vinyl is located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 4455 Paradise Road. Doors open at 11 p.m. with no cover charge and the event is open to ages 6 years old and up.
