Art?

[Solstice]

My favorite artist is Hieronymous Bosch (early Renaissance Dutch painter). I'm very interested in his works, the symbolism behind his paintings and haunting imagery (Hieronymous Bosch by Walter S. Gibson, part of the World of Art series, being a favorite book of mine, hence the quote in my sig)..... I'm also into church architecture, especially gothic architecture, Notre Dame etc... any other art fans here? =)

I hate modern arts. I'm more a fan of old painters.
I don't know how the style is called in English, but I like the paintings that look like photo's the most. I went to Le louvre two years ago, and the mona lisa is a fucking ugly painting I can tell you

music and art (drawing etc) goes hand in hand... because when a band does a record they need a cover to it and the covers are art... somethimes... it´s important to have a good cover...

which is why I enjoy so much, throwing myself into all three of those...and they all work together in many aspects
