Progress is happening on the full length album. Rhythm guitars are done and bass was just completed this week. Half the leads are down and we have a few more to go with some acoustic guitar parts. The album is really coming together and were quite excited to share even stronger versions of songs from previous demos and new songs most of you haven't heard yet. We'll start recording vocals shortly.

Also, for those of you who didn't catch our last post. Guitarist Ian Jekelis departed from the band around the new year to focus on Abysmal Dawn and his own personal project. Again, we wish him all the best and of course, you will hear him shredding across this full length album coming up. Ian will be on tour with Abysmal Dawn through August.

We are actively seeking a lead/rhythm guitarist. We are looking for a 4th member to join Artisan who shares the same musical focus as us and can contribute on all levels including shows, recording, sound, writing, enthusiasm etc. There are also some financial obligations. Pro attitude and equipment is a must. Influences are Forbidden, Cynic, Death, Meshuggah, Hypocrisy, Nevermore, etc. We are rooted in speed, death, thrash, and prog metals. Please feel free to write us if you'd like to look into this any further.

Best Regards,

ARTISAN
