U.K. hard rock sensation ASKING ALEXANDRIA has released the video for its hit single "Alone In A Room". Directed by Sumerian Films' Steven Contreras, this video marks the second chapter — the prequel — of the trilogy that began with "Into The Fire" last year, from the band's fifth, self-titled album. "'Alone In A Room' is one of my favorite songs I have ever written!" says founder and guitarist Ben Bruce. "We are so excited to finally be able to share with you, the long-awaited prequel to 'Into The Fire'! The story continues, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you all so much for helping our new album continue to grow into what we feel is our most exciting and daring record to date!" "Alone In A Room" spent five weeks on the BBC Radio One playlist in the U.K. and is currently spending its fifth consecutive week in the U.S. rock radio Top 40 where it continues to climb. ASKING ALEXANDRIA recently finished a mammoth five-month co-headline tour with BLACK VEIL BRIDES, including a main-stage appearance at Rock On The Range festival, and is now gearing up for a European festival run which includes an appearance at the U.K.'s prestigious Download festival next month. They return to North America for more festival appearances over the summer, including a handful of special guest slots on the main stage of the last ever Vans Warped Tour. "Asking Alexandria" is out now via Sumerian Records.
