and his wife is indian, and the wedding and reception are indian!
they must have a specialty indian chef/caterer on staff there, and have a regular business of hosting indian events.
i think it's kind of weird, and when we were chilling out there last year i NEVER would have imagined i would be in the same position but a part of the indian crew in a year's time!
