ATWB songs keep getting pulled from YouTube

Every time a song, usually I Am, gets put up on youtube, within a week it gets pulled and says that it contained copyrighted material. What gives?

Well, it IS copyrighted, after all. No freebies, unless Ulterium Records says it's ok.
