Australia can go to hell

Retroactive I have heard but can't remember too well. It didn't impress me that's why. However, I tried samples from it along with the others the other night to refresh my memory and it didn't really kickstart my heart. Better than the 3 latest though.

I had High N Dry blasting last night. Now that's a great album!

"Retroactive" rules! Desert Song! Fractured Love! From The Inside! TWO versions of Two Steps Behind! TWO versions of Miss You In A Heartbeat! She's Too Tough!

I wouldn't pay more than $5 for it.

But I'd buy it for cheap just for it being Def Leppard, add it to the collection. Just like I wouldn't have bought Peter Criss (the '78 Kiss solo album) for more than $5, luckily I found a good condition vinyl for $2 because its only use is for collecting purposes. Same will go with Gene's the only solo album I don't have.

Damn straight. I also heard that some charts figures are worked out based on how many copies of an album particular stores order in, and not the actual sales figures. Any truth in that?

no! I shall see if I can find the notes I have somewhere from a lecture from a class last year that was done by someone at Mushroom/Universal. That tells the whole critera etc.

I think what people are talking about with the pre "on Sale" number. Is these "chart" stores many times have the ability to have their pre orders put into these charts as they use this method for stuff they Know is going to be on top as a way to boost sales and get it up there. This has partly to do with the record company.
