It really isn't much of a problem.

I think that the government was reminded by the coming of the Olympics that we still have the same coat of arms and national anthem that we had while the country was still Yugoslavia, and that this might be a good time to finally change that.
 
I don't think there is much of a difference.

It the same one that has always been used by the people, except now it's like official.

also, the new national anthem Boze Pravde...loosly translated God Give Us Justice...had a whole seperation of church and state debate to go along with it.
