Badlands

My good friend Duellist was kind enough to burn me three tracks from Badlands' self-titled debut the other day. My verdict? Zeppelin clones, but *good* Zeppelin clones .

So I decided to order a few of their CDs, but the only one I could find was "Dusk", which came out posthumously after they split up. Has anyone heard it, and if so would I be wasting my money?

Badlands by AC/DC is awesome! One of their best songs EVER and definitely their most underrated along with Rising Power!

As far as the band goes... they rock!!! Jake E Lee and Eric Singer, how can you go wrong?

Eric Singer only played on the debut before he got fired and replaced by Jeff Martin. Not the same Jeff Martin from The Tea Party obviously .

Based on the few songs I've heard, Jake E Lee and Ray Gillen (RIP) make a pretty damn fine combination.

well, the first and second badlands cd's are fuckin' awesome! - buy buy buy!
and for those that want to know - The drummer jeff martin was also the singer in Racer X! one of the best Halford clones in history
