Man, don't DL... how else are hte bands you like gonna get any money? Not to mention the fact that the plague-infestestation of pop-culture and its ilk are the only things you can find on those progs, which definitely doesn't include the metal you're looking for. Anyway, if your a metalhead any CD from the bands I've seen above would suit very well. Including:
Opeth
Old Megadeth
Old Metallica
In Flames (Except Reroute to Remain, I would suggest Lunar Strain or Whoracle)
Dark Tranquility
Nevermore
