A while back I had the pleasure of sitting down for a chat with Barney of Napalm Death - and can you believe it, he's into soft rock!? Yes, he'll even raise the horns to Journey!

This is not surprising at all, as any bar or karaoke in the world will tell you that everyone likes Journey.
Anything by Journey and Bohemian Rhapsody are the only songs that stop everything going on for a group sing along.

So what? I think most metal heads listen to different kinds of music outside of metal. Its nothing new.

I would most certainly call Radiohead and Muse progressive rock, not soft rock.

The new Napalm Death album is fucking intense.
