The amp is garbage, the guitar is pretty good, I'm happy, I never plug in when I play anyway.

BC Rich Warlock (Platinum series, Drop A) + my Powerball

This is pretty much what my bass amp looks like. Except it is divided into two separate pieces with the high end speaker on top and low on the bottom. She puts out a good thump.

And this my friends is my silvertone. She's cheap but goddamn she puts out the low end like a champ. Besides anything more is for pussies.

Actually i really would love to invest in a 6-string bass. But money is tight.

Yeah, people at music stores can be bitches. Speaking of bitches, I'm currently learning sweep picking and my god is it a bitch, a frustrating bitch at that.

if you have ever played live you know how SHITTY it is to see your knobs to make adjustments.. hence the LED setup.. downside to all of this HEAVY.. REALLY HEAVY

needless to say i am immensely happy and glad i worked tons of OT and spent years paying for this shit

I always hear mixed opinions on peaveys, but i have never managed to test one out myself. I have a fender rumble 25 (bass amp), and I have to say, the amp is a huge piece of shit, worst purchase ever.

i've ran through 400w combo Yorkvilles.. not for me. and I've ran through a fender 8x10.. also didn't dig the sound.

my peavey has been entirely reliable. this particular peavey probass 500 has a huge EQ on it so you have full control over your sound (a blessing & a curse.. alot of reading). so i would recommend it. i would never need more. great for a stage monitor

doesn't hurt to try
