Yup...first to finish the beer gets a beer.
Or beerhunter? Basically you take a pack of beer and shake ONE can like crazy. Then folks just take a beer when they are ready and it's kinda like russion roullete. Not a bad game when some poor fucker gets covered in some beer! Obviously its a waste of beer...but it's still entirely funny when someone gets covered.

Here is a really great Beer game I made up with my friends. We all raise our glasses over the table creating a ring. Then we put pressure to our hands in order to start to tremble so that the glasses slightly hit to each other constantly, thus creating a buzzing sound.(This will probably make everyone in the room looking at us strange but we are usually too drunk to bother)
Then one of us Brakes the circle saying a quick toast like Hail to beer or something. After that everyone must consume the content of his glass as fast as possible and put it on the table. The last to do so gets to by the next round.

There is a game called "5 and 7" which is quite amusing. you need 3 or more participants. Everyone counts up from one to infinity in turn. The first one says 1, the second one 2, the third one three, the first one 4 and so one. BUT! If a number is devidable by or embodies 5 or 7 you have to say "stop!". If you make any mistake, you have to drink.

If you're feeling suicidal, there's the Withnail & I game. You basically watch the film and drink what the main characters drink. Not recommended if you want to remember what happens in the film though.
