The new release is taking several spins to fully digest but it's a great album. More contemplative and progressive than their past albums, the only real negative I can find is the mix and mastering don't entirely do it justice as it lacks dynamics in places where the songwriting calls for it. I'll be surprised if it doesn't find its way towards the top of my year end list.

Yea it is great. Not better than Stone's Reach but still fantastic. The Smoke of Many Fires has the best guitar harmonies of any song from any band this year.
