Dictatorship, war in general I always thought. The whole "we did as we were told" thing is usually every soldiers defense when it comes time for the War crimes trials. I think that sample in the begining of Intro to Reality is from a twilight zone episode about the holocaust isn't it?

Personally, I find the whole mindset / philosophy of national socialism to be utterly ridiculous and abhorrent...
