Best album of the 1990's

This decade sucked. Some great stuff from 1990-1992 and then it picked up again in the late '90s... but in between, if you like melodic stuff like me rather than extreme metal, there was VERY little good stuff at all.

I'm finding it very hard to choose my favourite.... I think I will go with....

JUDAS PRIEST - PAINKILLER (1990)

That was VERY tough though, it depends on my mood... the top six honourable mentions are probably just about equal favourites with it:
