Best cheapest USB DI box? (Non Line 6, compatibility issues with AMD CPU laptops)

As the title says.. I'm in the market now for a new DI interface that's USB 2.0 and reasonably priced with lowest latency possible.

Anybody have any suggestions?

I have a ua-25 that, while quirky in some ways, sounds really good and has nice sounding pres/converters, rare in a little usb box.
