Best Condenser mic for 500?

The title says it all I am wanting a good condenser for acoustic guitars and vocals? Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Almost forgot it will be used in a 38x12 long rectangle room if that makes any difference in choice.

another option in used Audio Tecnica 4047 or 4050 mics. Both are awesome mics.
