Well I was gonna vote for Vader, but Vader is well know, so I will give my vote to a great lesser known band called Susperia.

Definately Dissection, though I do not consider them as pure death.. Neither Sepultura.. Anyways if Dissection haven´t been on that list, Behemoth is far the best band up there... "Zos Kia Cultus" is an amazing album...
