BEST OPETH SOLO? (top 3)

Here's my favourite 3 in order:

1. Clean solo in 'Benighted'
really jazzy chromatic notes! nice (about 3.20)

2. Clean solo in 'To Bid you Farewell'
no need to explain

3. Delay lead break in 'The Apostle in Triumph'
not strictly speaking a solo section but I love it so much I cheated!

I would have to say:

1. Serenity Painted Death, Awesome I love the tone and sound of it and the bends it's awesome.

2. Bleak, Clean and done by Steve Wilson but it fits in the song perfectly.

3. April Ethreal, Another that fits in right at the perfect part of the song and I love the way it blends in.

Yeah that is an awesome solo I love the solo in Leper Affinity also, but yeah The Funeral Portrait solo is probably my second fav. off of BWP but my favorite is SW clean solo.

I like the one in "White Cluster."
There's a little one in "When" (I think) that I enjoy. "Serenity painted death" is cool as well...

My favourite Opeth solo would have to be that first one on"When" I just lave the sound of that solo I never get bored of it .Its just one of those solos that you could listen over and over and over again just to find yourself liking it more. Truly amazing!
