For power metal my favorite is Daniel Heiman of Lost Horizon. That dude can really wail.

For Death/Black Ive always really liked Peter Tagtren of Hypocrisy´s vocals

Death/grind Im a big fan of Aborted´s vocalist Sven De Caluwe...

Well, Devin Townsend is probably a must mention in this thread. Another master of screaming/wailing is Tommy Tuovinen from MyGrain.
