best video camera for taping concerts

which camera records the best sound/picture quality
for bootlegging concerts and can be concealled in a
coat pocket. It would be used to record in smaller
venues rather than outside concerts.

a camera with low lux, maybe around 5 or so...
lower lux you can tape in a darker room with better focus and quality
