Hey guys,

Here is a cover I produced with the band Rouge United (http://www.facebook.com/RougeUnited) from Holland.
We made a funny video for it that also shows off my serious dancing skills.

I hope you like it!

The technical audio nerd details :
Was mixed completely in the box in Pro Tools 10 with Slate VTM and McDSP AC1 on all tracks. Drums are SD2.0 with extra kick/snare samples.
Vocals are an ADK Vienna into my UA LA610.
Guitars are the Axe-FX going line in into the LA610.
Bass is just a DI and the sansamp plugin but is also doubled with a synth saw bass to give that dance edge to it.
Conversion/interface is a RME Fireface UC.
Reverbs are the UAD EMTs.
EQ used are the UAD pultec and McDSP filterbank.
Compressors are mostly UAD 1176s and LA2As.

Filterbank sounds amazing for "just a digital EQ". The mix missed a lot of high end until the very end. I just pulled a high shelf (3.5db!) with the E606 on the master et voila! Incredible. Sounds super smooth.

The master was funny : UAD SSL comp->UAD pultec->McDSP FB->Slate VTM->Tracks Classic Clipper->Sonnox Inflator->Sonnox Limiter

Never had some much inserts on the master :)
