Bill Frisell in Korea

I was at the Bill Frisell Trio's concert a few weeks ago, even though I don't like his lately stuff much. To my surprise, there's 1/3 empty seats though he's Bill Frisell! But when Pat Metheny comes, it always sold out.

Bill Frisell's performance was not my kind as I said, but the drummer Kenny Wollsen was really awesome! Now I'm looking for stuffs he's involved in. He also played in JZ's Filmworks - An Invitation to Suicide(right?)

I thought myself to tell Bill Frisell that I love his Naked City era when I was waiting in line to get his autograph, but when I was at him, I can't say anything- just clumsy smiling... damn it.

I just found out yesterday that Otomo Yoshihide played for $5 at the YMCA in Cambridge on Saturday. Uggghhh.. I hate missing shows.

Even so you CAN miss shows, I CANNOT miss shows cos none of them come here to show. I even don't know how Otomo Yoshihide looks like.

there was a picture of him in the paper.. he looks like he's about 30 yrs old, clean shaven, short black hair.
