Seeing as you guys are close enough to call family, I wanted to share this with you.
In an absolute whirlwind of activity, MB and I have agreed to purchase a house. I got the call from our realtor about a half hour ago that our offer was accepted. Settlement is next month and we couldn't be happier. It's an end-unit townhouse in a very nice area and is perfect for what we wanted in our first home.
Just wanted to share it with you all and to also apologize for our apparent vanishing off the planet. Life has sped up a lot lately and its hard to balance everything, but we are definitely still alive and kicking.
