Vocals arent supposed to be 100% tight/in tune. you should listen through the whole song for all it's greatness, this is down to taste though

drums are all real, just replaced the kick with the samples of the drummers kit.

Sounds rock solid man! I'd fade down the Acoustic a bit more after the intro. Right now it scratches at the ears over the rest of the mix.

I think the intro distorted guitars are SLIGHTLY overgained for this, mainly in the intro, they gel pretty well for the rest of the song. apart from that its sounding good! reminds me of a modern pogues
