...it seems to me that Zak has been "inspired" after being canned by Sharon, Ozzy or whoever. The new album is really good in my opinion. Here's my favorite cut from it. What are your thoughts?

Wow, that outfit is not very complementary to Zakk's figure!

BLS has always been hit or miss for me.
I really disliked them the one time I saw them, because 15 minutes of a 40 minute set was literally a guitar wank fest that wasn't very good.

Though I have heard a couple tunes that seem like borderline decent stoner rock jams.

Considering he's gone through like 2 potentially fatal blood clots in his leg, I think the last thing he cares about his his gut. Obviously he's making fun of himself. I remember watching an interview where he said he was in the hospital for a sex change operation haha.

I agree. This album smokes. The last one was pretty damn bad. I think part of it is that it took him a bit longer to do this one than the past BLS albums. For a while there, he was practically doing an album every year or two (as well as doing the Ozzy gig) and I think the guy got burnt out. The songwriting is much better this time around.
