There's no doubting the impact that Sabbath had on any form of metal today but in the late 80s and early 90s they became savagely ridiculed by the certain metal magazines.

However I still find Headless Cross and Tyr as two of my favourite all time albums.

Does anyone else agree/disagree?
 
Damn fucking spot on, mate. I feel like spitting on False Metal Hammer and Kerrap every time they make those jibes, especially now with those new Sabbath albums. Easy target for them, that's all it is. Anyone with a working set of ears and a brain can hear that Headless Cross is a damn fine album, but to these people Ozzy's farts would always win over - at least they can be marketed on MTV...
 
I imagine there wouldn't be many other places where you'd have that privilege, E :D Symphony - that's one damn cool story! :D
